Ingredients
- 2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 lb. ground venison
- 3 tblsp. italian salad dressing
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 c. montery jack cheese
- 1/2 med. green pepper
- 1/4 c. parmesan cheese
- 1/2 med. sweet pepper
- 6 oz. sliced pepperoni
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1/4 c. spaghetti sauce, warmed
- 1 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
- 2 tbls. vegetable oil

Let dough rise until it doubles in size. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté garlic until lightly brown. Add venison, peppers, onion, mushrooms and oil, cooking until meat is no longer pink. Drain. Stir in Italian seasoning and set aside.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out each dough loaf into a 16” x 8” rectangle. Brush half of the Italian dressing over each rectangle staying wihin an inch from the edges. Scoop half of the venison mixture over half of each rectangle. Add montery jack cheese and pepperoni. Fold dough over filling and seal edges well.
Placed on greased baking sheet and brush tops with remaining Italian dressing. Sprinkle with Parmesean cheese. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Slice and serve with spaghetti sauce.
