Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground venison
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 2 tblsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/ c. green peppers, chopped
- 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 clove garlic
- Nacho chips
- 1 can chili with no beans
- 1 bottle chili sauce

Directions
Cook venison, onions, green pepper, garlic and oil over medium heat until meat is no longer pink in center. Add chili, chili sauce, Velveeta, salt and pepper, stirring until cheese is melted. Pour into dish and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Garnish with green pepper and onion for an added wow.
