- 1 cup canola oil
- 1 sliced onion
- 2 cloves of garlic, pressed
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions
Combine beer and canola oil in bowl.
Blend remaining ingredients and marinate meat for 4-12 hours in refrigerator. Discard after use.
